Our discussion this morning on "what to do next" converged on heading toward St. George to do some rock climbing in Snow Canyon State Park. On the way, in Boulder, UT, we stopped at the Anasazi State Park where there are remains of an ancient Indian village. We toured the museum and the excavations. Continuing on down highway 12, we soon came to the Calf Creek Recreation Area. We packed some water, food and swim suits and headed off up the trail to Lower Calf Creek Falls - Carol and I have been there many times and it's always a favorite. 1004 Thursday Travel to San Jose |
